Was there today to get treatment for my dog who had hurt herself to the point where she was bleeding and she was causing more damage because she was shaking her ears so hard that there was blood spray. Immediately I was told that they close at noon, I got there roughly at 11:15am, and there was no way the vet would see me and that they don’t do emergencies and that I would have to take her elsewhere. How do you have staff with no feeling working in a clinic and how can you call your business Animals First, when clearly that is not your policy? Only rated one star cause you have to rate something, but I will never take an animal to that clinic again.
